FAQS ABOUT ORDERS AND DELIVERIES :
We've got a team of awesome humans in our warehouse that pick, pack, and ship each order by hand.
Our Goal: to have your order tracking number emailed to you within 1-2 business days (priority shipping will go out before that). Quick heads up tho....it's the tracking number, not your order delivery itself.
If order changes need to be made please make them ASAP by emailing hello@playersqlub.co with your order # in the subject line.
If your order doesn't ship in 5-7 business days between Dec 8th to Dec 20th 2023 there is likely a problem with your shipping address, please check your spam folder as our customer service team will reach out if our shipping system tags your address as problematic. If you don't see anything please email us asap at hello@playersqlub.co

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO BE SHIPPED?
Please allow up to 24 business hours for your order to be processed and shipped. Once you receive your shipping confirmation, please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to update. Send all return, exchange or shipping inquiries to hello@playersqlub.co
FREE SHIPPING?
We only offer free shipping over $50 for domestic orders in the United States. With international orders we are still subsidizing a large portion of the cost after you pay for shipping.
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?
Please allow 1-2 days for processing and 7-14 days for delivery on all international orders. Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. Exact rate depends on order weight and destination. Does not include duties and taxes due upon delivery.

Payment of these taxes and duties is required to release orders from customs. Players Qlub does not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be.
